Free Carpet Fitting
Free fitting applies when you buy the equivalent size of our Airstep or Treadmore underlay. Stair surcharge applies. We will deduct the cost of fitting from the underlay. Cash paid for fitting.
E-commerce Orders Delivery
All orders are processed during normal hours of trade (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and will be despatched in order to arrive no later than 10 working days for Readymade curtains, blinds and poles. Beds and furniture will be delivered within 21 working days after the order has been placed.
For all Bed & Furniture deliveries, the customer will be contacted by our suppliers distribution centre to arrange a suitable delivery date, within 14 working days, after the order has been placed.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods will fit into the chosen location and that there is satisfactory access. Where access to chosen location is not possible alternative arrangements can be considered at the customer's expense. There will be a £59 re-delivery charge if item needs to be re-delivered.
All goods carry a standard 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship. Please refer to the specific care leaflet contained in the packaging for further details.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 NO. 2334) implement directive 97/7/EC of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts (known as the distance selling directive), customers are allowed a 7 (seven) full day cooling off period on all online purchases after receiving the goods, providing your items are unused (i.e. no heading tapes pulled etc) and in their original packaging.
Due to the intimate nature of Beds, Mattresses, Furniture & Bedding these are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses, furniture or bedding that have been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.
The Buyer must retain the Goods and take good care of them until they are returned. The Goods must be unused, made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on this website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.
We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms. Paul Simon Curtains (London) UK Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
We cannot guarantee pattern or shade matching from item to item on any ready made product. All sizes are approximate.
Any other refunds not covered by the above will be given solely at the discretion of the Company Management. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed. The customer will be liable for all return costs unless the goods are faulty. No returns will be accepted if goods have had headings pulled or adjusted in any way.

Every furniture item supplied by Paul Simon is made to order, Paul Simon do not hold stock of these items, we pride ourselves on delivering furniture made to your individual requirements where applicable..
Subject to the level of personalization, distance selling regulations do not apply on your order.
Distance selling regulations may only apply to customers orders that have been sold from Paul Simon stock; in this case you must notify us in writing within 7 days (emails are accepted)
Should you wish to return your goods, under this agreement, it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you, and are liable for any loss or damage, all goods returned should be in original packaging and unused.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to the original delivery point in good condition and with the original packaging, where customers do not have the means to send it back, we will arrange collection during normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday). If requested, in such circumstances a charge of up to 15% of the original price of the furniture will be made to cover the cost of collection, and administration.
Should you wish to return your furniture it is your responsibility to take good care of it. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that the goods are returned in appropriate packaging such as to prevent damage in transit.
We will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of £150 will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items.
Stock Furniture Orders
If your stock order has been conducted only through our website, you have 7 working days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods. Notification can be sent via letter or e-mail .
After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with the return of the goods:
a. Ensure that the furniture is returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse.The goods must be returned in their original wrappings.
b. Please make the furniture available for collection within 7 days.
c. We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question, excluding the cost of collection of the goods.
d. Please note we cannot accept the return of the following items:
Once the goods are back at our local warehouse and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due by e-mail and make the repayment within 7 days. A final cancellation notice together with your receipt will be posted to your nominated address.
Please note for card refunds it can take up to 10 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.
We will do our best to place the goods in the desired location, provided there is reasonable access. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered into you home and into their chosen location.You should think in particular about vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs etc. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk
