Curtain Department
We are sure to have just what you are looking for to give your room a new look, whatever your budget. We have hundreds of fabrics to choose from all available by the metre or made to measure usually within 14 days and our ready made selection is second to none!  Better still most ready made curtains are here in store ready to take away with you today. If you visit our made to measure curtain section today you'll find we have hundreds of fabrics within our range. We are able to make curtains to suit any specification. Choose from options like plain or patterned fabrics and how you would like your curtains to be lined. We offer a standard polycotton lining, interlining, blackout or thermal. Choose from different headings such as pencil pleat, eyelet and pinch pleat amongst others. You can co-ordinate with matching or contrasting cushion covers, bedspreads or even roman blinds. There are different options for tiebacks and valances to complete your look. Contrasting fabrics can be used to co-ordinate your room, or to just bring in another colour. If you want a more luxurius look you have the option of swags and tails. Our measuring service is a great option if you want swags and tails as someone can come and measure your windows to advise you on what you need. You can also visit us in store to select fabrics. We then send our measuring service to your own home so you can decide in your own comfort. There is also the option to select fabric samples and take them away 'free' of charge (refundable deposit required). Of course if You wish to make your own curtains, you can buy the fabric by the metre plus any accessories.

Net Curtain Department
In our Net Department you will find one of the biggest choice of net curtains, voiles, jardinieres, cafe nets and voile panels in the Colchester area. You can choose from a variety of designs, from plain to fully patterned and panels in a selection of colours. Readymade nets and voiles are available in variety of drops and will be cut to a required width for you. We are always happy to advise you on the net sizes based on your window measurements, whether they are in inches or centimetres, we are trained to work in both. Should the sizes of our readymade range not fit your individual window measurements, our alteration service will solve this little problem. Our Express Made to Measure Service is also well worth mentioning, where you can choose from a wide range of voiles and laces to be made to your exact measurements, all free of charge and delivered within 14 days. Blinds
At  Paul Simon Colchester we have a wide selection of made to measure and ready made blinds. If you want something you can take away with you today, our roller blinds come in a variety of colours, styles and sizes. We have a good selection of ready made vertical blinds and both of these can easily be cut to fit just about any window size, and are easy to install. we have venetian blinds in hardwood, aluminium and pvc, in a selection of colours on the shelf ready to take home. Again these can all be cut to size if required to suit your window. If you prefer, for a small charge we can have many of our ready made blinds cut to size for you. Another service we offer is made to measure blinds where you can choose the style, colour and finish of your blind and have it made to fit your window perfectly. All our friendly and knowlegeable staff are always happy to help you with any questions you may have.

Tracks and Poles
Here at Colchester we have a very good selection of tracks in a range of colours and finishes, and poles in both in metal and wood so we are sure to have something to suit your needs. From small diameter poles for light weight curtains and nets to large diameter for heavier curtains. There are bay poles, corded poles and double poles for nets and curtains. Our staff have a combined experience of over 50 years so will be able to help you find just what you need. We also have a large selection of very versitile tracks for both curtains and valances in a choice of metal and plastic that can be used either straight or bent to fit round a bay window. We keep a wide variety in stock but are able to order others if required. With accessories for all our tracks and poles you are sure to be able to achieve the look you are after.

Linens
Colchester has an excellent linen department with duvets in a large variety of designs in all sizes. We have a good selection of matching and co-ordinating throws, bed runners and cushions in various colours and styles. Our pillow selection has something for every one, from the latest latex and memory foam pillows to 'V' shape, Egyptian cotton and traditional duck feather pillows.
