Paul Simon has a wide range of ready made curtains to fit all modern window and door sizes. In stores we stock a wider range of ready mades and also made to measure curtains.

How 'big' are the various bed sizes?
As a general guide these are the approximate sizes for beds available in the UK;

Super King size W 180cm x L 200cm
King size W 150cm x L 200cm
Double W 135cm x L 190cm
Single W 90cm x L 190cm

The bigger the bed the more room to relax you and your partner will have, and the less likely you are to disturb each other when you move around in your sleep.

Do you sell sofa beds or futons online?
No sorry we don't.

How secure are my details?
All orders taken online go through our secure server where all your details are encripted to protect your security.

Will you pass on my email address to any other companies?
No we won't. We hate spam as much as you do! Please see our privacy policy for more details.

Can I place my order by phone?
Unfortunately for security reason we do not take orders over the phone.

Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
Yes, just email us at esales@paulsimon.co.uk with your order number and as long as your order is not in dispatch we will cancel your order for you.

Do you deliver worldwide?
No sorry we only deliver to the UK

Where in the UK will you deliver?
Orders taken online will be delivered anywhere in the UK.

Can I arrange a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time for delivery, however we can let you know what day your order will be coming.  For bed deliveries you will receive a phone call from a distribution centre to arrange a suitable delivery date.

How much will my delivery costs be?
Anything ordered online from the curtain department will be delivered FREE of charge within 10 working days from the day the order was placed.
All beds and furniture will be delivered straight to your door within 21 working days, there will be a delivery charge of £35 applied to each order.
All headboards will be delivered FREE of charge straight to your door.

What is your returns policy?
If your items are unused and in its original packaging you can send your goods back to our head office address below for a refund within seven days of receiving your goods.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes you can change your delivery address for your order, however for security reason we may ask why there is a change of address.

Do all stores stock the same products?
No they don't. Depending on the size of the store, some stores also have a large range of beds, mattresses and lighting in addition to curtains, blinds, linens, tracks, poles and other accessories.

What is Your Complaints Proceedure?

Customer service is a priority for Paul Simon, however If a problem cannot be resolved in store the customer is requested to provide written details of their complaint to our central customer service department which is located at the Head Office. Once these details are received the customer will receive an automatic acknowledgement. The complaint is then investigated and the customer is notified accordingly.
